- Not as waterproof as PVC

Roof: Colorbond Steel (Trimdek / corrugated)
The weatherproof outer roof. Lightweight steel sheeting is the standard for tiny homes; any penetration (fan vent, light) must be properly flashed and sealed.

- Handles road travel well

- Penetrations must be flashed correctly or they leak
- Needs insulation under it
