This policy explains what personal information tinyhouseguide.net collects, why, and how it is handled, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

Newsletter: your email address and, if you give it, your first name. Contact and enquiries: your name, email and whatever you write to us. Purchases: your name, email and order details — card payments are processed by Stripe and your card number never touches our systems. Site use: standard server logs (page requested, approximate location, browser) used only to keep the Site running and to see which guides are useful.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your information. We do not run advertising trackers. We do not collect information from children knowingly.

Why we collect it

To send the newsletter you asked for, to answer your enquiry, to deliver products you bought, and to improve the Site's content.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run the Site for us: our hosting provider (Netlify), our payment processor (Stripe), and our email service. They only use your information to provide their service to us. We will disclose information if the law requires it.

Your choices

Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing portjacksongroup@gmail.com.

Overseas

Our providers may store data in the United States or elsewhere; they are bound by their own privacy commitments and our agreements with them.
